CONTESTS
Family friendly and fun contests are always hatching at the Alabama Chicken & Egg Festival. We offer a variety of pre-registration events and on-site sign-up competitions for all age groups.
NOTE: Additional contest will be posted as they are arranged.
2010 EGG DROP FOR FUTURE ENGINEERS
This contest will include events for both middle and high school students. Contestants must complete an application form (one per team). Two teams will be chosen as winners – (1 from the middle school group and 1 from the high school group). Assistance for the contest is provided by the College of Engineering of UAH and Lewis Innovative Technologies, Inc. of Moulton.

REGISTRATION: Pre-registration required. Registration deadline is Maarch 26, 2010.
EVENT DATE: Saturday, April 10, 2010.
REGISTRATION FEE: FREE.
EVENT LOCATION: Chicken Coop area on the Festival grounds.
PRIZES: $500 per winning team (one high school and one middle school team).
