The Alabama Chicken & Egg Festivals loves kids and our exciting line up of games, contest, play area, and exhibits are designed with them in mind. All activities inside the Children's Chicken Coop area are free because of the generous support of Bank Independent. Be sure to drop by the Bank Independent booth and thank the folks at Bank Independent for their support and great children's activities!

KIDS CHICKEN COOP AREA ACTIVITIES

On going activities include:
Tot Lot, Face Painting, Duck Pond.
On going Arts and Crafts activities:
Egg Art, Egg Refrigerator Magnet, The Bank Independent Coloring Sheet.
HOME DEPOT CRAFTS
A variety of craft projects will be made available throughout the festival by Home Depot's Kids Workshop. Strap on your orange Home Depot apron and get your free supply pack for items such as a bird house, sail boat, race car, tool box, football rack, bank, or fire truck. (Free. While supplies last.)

Folksinger, Songwriter and Storyteller. Mrs. Kate will be performing on the Children's Stage.

TUBBY AND MALA
Performance times: Saturday Noon - 1 p.m. and 3-4 p.m.; Sunday Noon - 1 p.m. and 2:30 - 3:30 p.m.
Tubby and Mala, voted one of the top performers at Panoply in 2008, will be showcased on the Bank Independent Children's Stage with folk music and buck dancing.
